Ethiopia : "Nothing has changed" on the ground., Eritrea not withdraw from Tigray, No reason to disarm - Getachew Reda

If the Eritrean army does not withdraw from Tigray, there is no reason for the TPLF to disarm, Getachew Reda the spokesperson of the TPLF said. He said in an interview with BBC Television's "Hard Talk" that "nothing has changed" regarding the implementation of the agreement. 

However, since the agreement was signed between the federal government and the TPLF for the disarmament of theTPLF, nothing has changed on the ground. He also said that the agreement was signed between the federal government and the regional government of Tigray.
